With the past year that we have seen in the Baltimore area, it’s no surprise that many were afraid of the impact it would have on the real estate market. Despite the chatter and very real concerns, sales of the private condos above the Four Seasons in Harbor East have surprised even the most knowledgeable experts.
What does that tell us? Well, people are willing to put money back into Baltimore, and encourage economic growth while living in the heart of the previously considered working class city. It’s a sure sign of good things to come.
