When you think of the Inner Harbor, there are several iconic images that come to mind. The abstract, angular National Aquarium, the smoke stacks from the old Power Plant that is now Barnes and Noble, and maybe the Constellation- to name a few. Through all of these grand, Baltimore icons, the one thing that’s missing is flourishing green space. Luckily, through the efforts of the National Aquarium, Piers 3 and 4 will soon see more Urban wetlands, improvements to existing parks, and interactive stations to enhance watershed understanding.
